At JenZo Football, we believe that an excellent youth football coach does not work in the same way with every age group. A 5.5-year-old child’s first experiences with the ball require a different approach, style of communication and type of activity from the purposeful football development of a 13- or 14-year-old player.
That’s why we’re looking for coaches who can adapt to the developmental needs of different age groups, or who would enjoy specialising in the age range where they can make the greatest impact.
Professional knowledge matters to us, but we believe what truly makes an excellent youth football coach stand out is their personality, attitude and commitment to both children and the profession. We’re looking for colleagues who do more than simply run training sessions — they lead by example and inspire.
